2Cardio Training

The pattern of our cardio exercise, which is sometimes referred to as aerobic exercise, is any rhythmic activity that raises your heart rate into your target heart rate zone. This is the zone where you burn the maximum fat and calories.

The Retro Fitness's training professionals' designed Cardio workouts can help you to burn fat and calories, making it easier to lose weight, and enhances sleep quality, especially if the exercise is moderate to vigorous in intensity, expands lung capacity, or the amount of air that your lungs can hold, improves your sex life by increasing your body's ability to become aroused, improving your body image, and even potentially helping to treat medication-related sexual dysfunction, increases bone density when you do weight-bearing cardio exercises like hiking or climbing stairs, and lowers stress. It also improves your ability to cope with issues in a positive way, promotes feeling good, and can even help relieve depression and anxiety, improving confidence in how you look and feel. Reduces the risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, and some forms of cancer. You can set a good example for those around you, and encourage them to exercise with you. By involving in our CrossFit program, you are able to lose weight more quickly than if you engaged in an average gym workout, over a certain amount of time. This is because our CrossFit program helps to burn a higher number of calories than a traditional workout you are doing at other conventional gyms.

4HIIT (High-Intensity
Interval Training)

Our HIIT or High-Intensity Interval Training is a combination of brief, very-high-intensity bursts of cardio exercise followed by equal or longer periods of rest. The Retro Fitness professionals designed it like 30 seconds to a minute of sprinting, followed by a minute or two of walking or slow jogging. Repeat this cycle for just 10 minutes, and you'll complete a HIIT workout.

The Retro Fitness's trainers are certified to train individuals with disabilities. We provide special training classes for those with chronic and temporary health conditions. These class designs are safe and effective exercise programs, providing guidance to help our clients achieve their personal health & fitness goals and recognize and respond to emergency situations. We take care of them with a greater level of supervision.

Also, we do injury management and rehabilitation for our clients, who are suffering from some injuries and chronic or acute physical conditions. Our Rehabilitation sessions are a set of interventions designed to optimize functioning and reduce disability in individuals with health conditions in interaction with their environment. Whatever your disabilities, injuries or special conditions are we are here to lead you to a greater life.

15Diet & Nutrition Counseling

Diet & Nutrition counseling is an ongoing process in which a certified nutritionist will work with you to assess your usual dietary intake and identify areas where change is needed. The nutrition counselor will provide you diet chart, support, and follow-up to help you maintain your diet. If you are suffering from a mental disorder dietary changes may be needed to promote.

Purpose

The goal of nutrition counseling is to help a person make and maintain dietary changes. For a person with a mental disorder, dietary change may be needed to promote healthier eating, to adopt a therapeutic diet, or to avoid nutrient-drug interactions. Nutrition counseling is an integral part of treatment for persons with eating disorders or chemical dependencies. Persons taking certain drugs, such as monoamine oxidase inhibitors, used to treat depression and anxiety disorders , need to follow a tyramine-controlled diet to avoid dietary interference with their medication. Many drugs used to treat mental disorders can cause weight gain or loss, so persons taking these drugs may also benefit from nutrition counseling.
